Obituary for Willie E. Faust

Willie E. Faust
Willie E. Faust was born to Willie and Marie Faust in 1938. He was born in Harlem Hospital, New York, NY and was the older brother of his sister Norma Faust.

He was educated in the New York City Public School System and graduated from John Adams High School in Ozone Park, NY. He was employed by the United States Postal Service and retired as a Supervisor in 1993.

In 1962 he married his sweetheart Ernestine and had a fifty two year marriage.

“Billie” as we called him, or (Sweet Billie as he called himself) was a member of the Hiram Grand Lodge and Triangle Lodge#14 and achieved the rank of a 33rd degree Mason.

Billie loved people and people loved him. He always had something to say whether he knew you or not. He was just a loving “people person”.

Billie loved to entertain and loved to barbecue in his backyard and have his family and friends around. He also loved to travel. His final trip was to Jacksonville, Florida where he passed away on January 26th doing one of the things he loved to do.

Willie is survived by his wife Ernestine; his sister Norma Faust (Corona, NY); his niece Lisa Walker (Baltimore, MD); his aunt Evelyn Jones (Amityville, NY); sisters-in-laws Rachelle Williams (NY, NY) and Betty Washington (NY, NY) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
We love you Billie, but God loved you best.

Lovingly Submitted
