Obituary for Relonzo Walter Perkins

Relonzo Walter  Perkins
Relonzo Walter Perkins passed away suddenly on April 21st 2017 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Binghamton, NY. He was born on February 10th, 1988 in Brooklyn, NY to Denise Perkins and Reshard Mack.

Relonzo attended and graduated from Franklin K. Lane High School with a diploma in Computer Science. He was not only was a good student but also a hard worker having been employed since the age of 15. He worked as grounds cleaner at the Cypress Cemetery but also worked in Real Estate while attending school.

After high school Relonzo continued to work hard and held a variety of different jobs. He worked as a Security Guard at Five Star Hotels in Manhattan; a Customer Service Representative at Burlington Coat Factory; a Patient Care Coordinator at Roberts Eye Care; a Security Guard for Securitas and most recently as a D.J. for Team Titans Films and Productions. In 2011 Relonzo became a New York State
Certified Foster Care Provider.
Relonzo’s most important job was that of Dad to three beautiful girls; Tyliyah, Alexis and Melonie. Being a father was, without a doubt, his greatest source of achievement, pride and inspiration.

Relonzo was preceded in death by his Aunts Gail and Linda, and Uncle Warren. He also was a much beloved Grandson to Pearlie Mack and the deceased Robert Mack Jr. as well as Barbara and Walter Perkins.

He leaves to cherish precious memories; his children, his mother, Denise Best (Brian Best); his father Reshard Mack; two brothers, Reshard and Relando as well as his sister-in-law Josephine. Relonzo was also uncle to three nieces, Daliah, Delaya and Aloni. He was a cherished nephew to Rochelle and Barry Mask; Marilyn and Corey Turns; Kenneth Mack Tony Mack and Lazus Mack. He is also survived by twenty four first cousins; they are on his mother’s side; James, Layonnia, Gary, Marquita, Isaiah, Andrea, Keayla, Treyvon, Cori and Marquis and on his father’s side; Tracey, Lamont, Lafonda, Kenya, Kenneth Jr., Lamont, Eboney, Latonya, Richard, Tony Jr., Robert Jr. and Warren, Jr. Also Bobbie Greg who was instrumental in his growth.

Relonzo was loved and cherished by so many friends and family who will forever have felt blessed to know him. He was a kind and gentle soul who lived his life to the fullest and loved with all he had. We will miss you Relonzo, Daddy, Son, Nephew, Cousin and friend; sleep on, morning is coming.
